Kristen leads our boot camp class and is a bikini pro and competition health coach. She believes that fitness should be a lifestyle, one that makes you the best version of yourself while still enjoying the things you love, like beer : ) Have you been thinking about making any changes in your life? On the Run Meals creates fresh, healthy meals that help keep you on track for your fitness goals. Learn more about their plans and sample some of their meals.

Join us for our first Brewery Bike Ride! For those who love cycling, brewery hopping, or both. Wes, our assistant brewer will be leading a 26.2 mile bike ride. Starting at Angry Horse Brewing in Montebello, we’ll make our way up to Pacific Plate in Monrovia, back down to Progress Brewing in El Monte and back to Angry Horse Brewing.
While all levels are welcome, we recommend you have a road bike with gears. Plan on bringing your helmet, bike lights, a bike lock, a water bottle, and sun protection. There will be water and bathroom stops along the way.
Wes will be at Angry Horse Brewing as early as 11:30AM. There is parking available in the lot behind our taproom.
12:30PM - Ride out from Angry Horse Brewing
1:30PM - Arrive at Pacific Plate
2:30PM - Ride out from Pacific Plate
3:15PM - Arrive at Progress Brewing
4:15PM - Ride out to Angry Horse Brewing
4:45PM - Arrive at Angry Horse Brewing / / Celebrate with $1 off pints (ride participants only) // Grab a snack from Mama’s Tacos
Riders are welcome to join at any point around the route. For those looking for a shorter ride, consider meeting us at Progress Brewing for a 11 mile bike ride to Angry Horse Brewing and back.

Join Angry Horse Fitness Club for our another Boot Camp workout with Kristen Perez at the taproom. Kristen will be bringing you a fun and fresh boot camp, focusing on exercises and techniques you can do anywhere. The bootcamp is free. All fitness levels and ages are welcome!
The workout begins at 10:30AM. Bring your sneakers, your water bottle and a towel if you need it. If you have a mat, please bring that as well. Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can start on time.
Kristen Perez is a bikini pro and competition health coach. She loves strength training and has been competing since 2015, having recently medaled in 3 categories at the 3rd Annual IPL APEX Championships.
Kristen believes that fitness should be a lifestyle, one that makes you the best version of yourself while still enjoying the things you love. Her focus on health and fitness has changed her life and is passionate about helping others learn how it can change theirs!
